📋 Description

• Lead architecture and direction of build, test, and deploy platforms.
• Guide design decisions across pipelines, test infra, and release automation.
• Ensure reliability, security, and efficiency of the software delivery lifecycle.
• Partner with senior engineers and tech leads on system design and operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years software engineering experience, incl. 3+ years leading platform teams.
• Experience designing/operating build, test, deploy platforms at scale.
• SDLC, code reviews, and trunk-based release strategies.
• Leading, mentoring, and scaling engineering teams.
• Defining KPIs and tracking performance to improve velocity and quality.
• Familiar with IaC tools (Terraform/CloudFormation/Pulumi) and cloud/containerization.
