🎯 Requirements
- A proven career directly managing engineers and developing top performers (4+ years of leadership experience)
- Experience mentoring staff engineers and highly technical contributors
- Experience working with AI technologies (predictive and generative)
- Demonstrated excellence in recruiting and onboarding engineers
- Clear passion for people, management, and enabling people to do their best work
- Early stage/high growth SaaS experience
