🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years in software engineering; 3+ years leading multiple teams.
- 3+ years Salesforce development and architecture.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce: Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, APIs.
- Experience architecting Salesforce integrations with GTM tools and third-party apps.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with cross-functional partners; strategic prioritization.
