🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years leading multiple teams in high-growth.
- 3+ years Salesforce development and architecture.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce: Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, platform APIs.
- Experience architecting integrations between Salesforce and GTM tools.
- Strong communication with Sales/Marketing/CX/Ops at all levels.
- Strategic mindset balancing long-term health with immediate needs.
- Passion for leveraging AI to improve team productivity and products.
