📋 Description

• Lead and mentor product engineers and Salesforce admins/developers.
• Drive Salesforce, GTM apps, and Brex.com architecture and roadmap.
• Champion AI-native solutions across Sales, Marketing, Ops, CX.
• Translate business needs into a prioritized engineering backlog.
• Own sprint capacity and ensure high-velocity, high-quality delivery.
• Establish Salesforce DevOps, code quality, and system governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years software engineering; 3+ years leading multiple teams in high-growth.
• 3+ years Salesforce development and architecture.
• Deep Salesforce: Apex, LWC, SOQL, platform APIs.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with GTM tools and third-party apps.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with cross-functional partners (Sales/Marketing/CX/Ops).
