📋 Description

• Lead a team building retirement and account management systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of leading engineering teams and direct reports.
• Strong background building and operating distributed systems at scale.
• Guide technical decisions and tradeoffs across designs.
• Experience in financial systems, payments, or account platforms (preferred).
• Clear communication and collaboration with product/design partners.
• Greenfield engineering: scaling from 0→1 under regulatory standards.
• US citizens or lawful permanent residents only.
