Senior Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and manage engineers building UDS-compatible apps.
• Own the team's deliverables, ensuring scalable, highly available products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align roadmaps with Product objectives.
• Instill continuous improvement in code quality, architecture, and processes.
• Mentor and guide the professional/technical development of team members.
• Facilitate clear communication with clients and engineers on specs, budgets, and deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building, maintaining, and managing platforms/infrastructure.
• 2+ years leading remote, distributed engineering teams.
• Deep experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying cloud-native to Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
