🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in SaaS/Cloud HR tech with hands-on Workday Recruiting.
- Deep TA expertise: high-volume recruiting, executive search, agency management, sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding.
- Strong Workday Recruiting config, Calculated Fields, Workday Studio or EIB; Web Services and RaaS integration knowledge.
- Experience with HiredScore, Paradox, scheduling tools, CRM platforms, and ATS integrations.
- Test automation and quality engineering with Tosca and Selenium; automated regression suites for recruiting.
- Data driven with recruiting analytics and dashboards such as Workday Reports and Prism.
- Understanding of OFCCP, EEOC, GDPR, WCAG; configure systems for regulatory compliance.
