Senior Engineer, TA Systems

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and maintain TA systems, mainly Greenhouse.
• Partner with recruiters and HR to translate needs into solutions.
• Configure recruiting workflows, rules, and notifications.
• Manage security, roles, and permissions for recruiting systems.
• Build dashboards and analytics for hiring metrics.
• Support Workday integrations and downstream systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS/IS or related field, or equivalent.
• 3+ years supporting TA/HR systems with Greenhouse/Workday.
• Configuring recruiting workflows, permissions, rules.
• Strong Workday reporting, security, integrations knowledge.
• Workday EIBs, REST/SOAP APIs.
• HRIS governance and SOX controls.
