Design, develop, integrate, and maintain routing/WAN tech for NETGEAR products.
Focus on Layer 3 networking, WAN connectivity, and traffic steering.
Design and development of routing features (IPv4/IPv6).
Implement static routing and policy-based routing (PBR).
Support multi-WAN, failover, and load-balancing; dynamic routing as applicable.
High availability: link health monitoring, failover logic, recovery and stability tuning.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science (or related field).
8-10 years of relevant work experience.
Strong C Programming Skills.
Embedded Linux and Linux networking experience.
TCP/IP, VPN, NAT, firewall exposure; Netfilter/iptables/nftables.
Routing tables, policy rules, metrics; DNS and firewall interactions.
