Design, develop, integrate, and maintain routing/WAN tech for NETGEAR.
Focus on Layer 3 networking, WAN connectivity, and traffic steering.
Design and develop routing features (IPv4/IPv6).
Implement static routing and policy-based routing (PBR) with multi-WAN failover.
WAN tech: DHCP client/server/relay, PPPoE, NAT/NAPT, firewall.
High availability: link health monitoring, failover, stability tuning.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
3+ years of relevant work experience.
Strong C programming skills.
Embedded Linux exposure and Linux networking stack.
Networking protocols: TCP/IP, VPN, NAT; firewall exposure.
Experience with Netfilter/iptables/nftables.
