Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other teams to drive initiatives.
Quickly build functional prototypes to solve internal and external use-cases.
Scale engineers’ capabilities via code reviews and mentorship.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years building apps in Python/JavaScript/Java.
Hands-on with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch/Solr.
Experience with batch/stream pipelines: Kafka, Kinesis, Lambda; Spark/Flink.
AI/NLP, ranking or recommendation systems experience.
Strong CS fundamentals; SOLID, algorithms, networking, OS.
