Senior Engineer, Process Development

📋 Description

• Own instrument manufacturing processes; improve capability, repeatability, robustness.
• Identify inefficiencies; implement improvements using DOE, SPC, lean, and data analytics.
• Lead investigations of complex manufacturing failures; perform RCA and corrective actions.
• Support new products/processes in manufacturing (optics, motion, fluidics, electronics).
• Partner with supply chain on supplier qualifications and component lifecycle management.
• Create/maintain SOPs, work instructions, and validation packages for ISO/FDA systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in process development, manufacturing, or system engineering.
• Hands-on optics, motion, fluidics, electronics, or systems engineering.
• Proven capability in structured problem solving and troubleshooting.
• Experience developing, validating, and improving manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA, or similar quality systems preferred.
• Physical: Able to lift up to 20 pounds.
