🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years software engineering; at least 2 years in management
- Experience hiring engineers and running full-cycle interviews
- Proven track record in performance development and coaching engineers
- Hands-on with C#/.NET and SQL; read/review code and assess architecture
- Experience leading data engineering pipelines, warehousing, and orchestration
- Familiarity with Power BI and modern JS frameworks; Vue 3 preferred
