Senior Engineer, Innovation

📋 Description

• Rapid ideate, prototype, and validate software across web, mobile, and AI/ML.
• Conduct user research, run smoke tests, and execute innovation sprints (SPARK to FORGE).
• Develop high-quality software balancing speed-to-learn with production readiness; stay current on AI and digital ministry tools.
• Collaborate with teams to determine technical approach and organize development plans.
• Provide support to the Innovation Team via weekly reviews, code reviews, and presentations.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers; coordinate with PM on portfolio updates and documentation.

• Own technical design for projects; understand tradeoffs for high-quality software; Bachelor's + 3+ years.
