🎯 Requirements

• Cloud infrastructure: design, build, and operate high-scale distributed systems (AWS preferred).

• Developer empathy: make things 'just work' for internal customers; reduce friction.
• Execution and ownership: independently drive complex cross-team initiatives from concept to production.
