🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in datacenter ops, hardware infra, or related field.
- Hands-on with server hardware: rack deployment, cabling, troubleshooting.
- End-to-end hardware lifecycle: asset tracking, provisioning, maintenance, decommissioning.
- Proficient in at least one language (Python, Rust, Go, or Java).
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving progress autonomously.
- Strong communication; able to build consensus with diverse stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of cloud infra: Kubernetes, IaC, AWS, and GCP.
- Willingness to travel to datacenter sites across North America.
