📋 Description

• Build and evolve core backend systems powering the platform
• Own internal schema and code generation tooling
• Improve custom job scheduler reliability and observability
• Define API standards across teams and ensure compatibility
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to design scalable systems
• Focus on durability, scalability and maintainability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years backend engineering experience
• Proven design/operation of distributed systems at scale
• Hands-on API design experience (REST, GraphQL, gRPC)
• Strong Go or Python backend proficiency
• Experience with concurrency/parallelism patterns
• Ownership of shared infrastructure or developer tooling
