Senior Engineer, AV Behavior Evaluation

📋 Description

• Propose behavioral expectations on AV capabilities
• Standardize metrics for AV performance evaluation
• Utilize existing metrics and propose new metrics for large-scale simulation
• Set soft/hard targets for metrics using statistical methods and driving data
• Analyze simulation, resimulation, and public road test results for stakeholders
• Deliver insights on scenario-based testing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in engineering, CS, or data science
• Strong understanding of AV architecture and subsystems (perception, planning)
• Experience analyzing simulation and real-world data for robotic systems (AV)
• Fluency in SQL or similar languages
• Fluency in data visualization techniques
• Experience building Python-based projects for data analysis
