Senior Engineer, Autonomy ML Systems

📋 Description

• Define, prototype, and validate metrics for autonomy subsystems.
• Assess training/test coverage; curate tests for deployment domain.
• Evaluate ML model performance against these metrics and tests.
• Analyze large-scale data to assess system-level performance.
• Define performance requirements for autonomy subsystems.
• Coordinate subsystem evaluation with other system tests for safety.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in safety-critical systems or robotics.
• MS in systems/robotics/ML or CS, or BS with related experience.
• Strong Python developer; able to analyze large-scale data for ML.
• C++ knowledge for safety-critical systems.
• Experience designing metrics to capture system behavior.
• Experience with verification/validation and regression testing.
