🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in safety-critical systems or robotics.
• Master's degree in systems/robotics/ML or BS + significant experience.
• Skilled Python developer with experience analyzing large-scale data for ML.
• Experience designing metrics that capture key system behavior.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and self-starting.
• Bonus: C++, V&V techniques, ISO 26262/21448 knowledge.
