Senior Engineer, Automation & Tooling

📋 Description

• Oversee firmware / embedded software qualification processes from definition through execution
• Write and execute test plans to ensure code coverage, including automated tests
• Conduct validation pre- and post-deployment to ensure products perform as expected
• Develop and maintain internal tools for test and development, including automation fixtures
• Collaborate with product teams to establish robust QA processes and methodologies
• Prepare and maintain test beds and hardware tooling for QA Engineers

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of quality assurance engineering experience with embedded systems/firmware
• 3+ years delivering internal tools (test frameworks/tools)
• 2+ years developing and executing automated tests (Cypress or Git)
• Hands-on knowledge of Unix/Linux
• Experience using Python and/or contributing to software development (e.g., test automation)
• Experience with CI tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar
