📋 Description

Contract role; $100–$200/hour; 10–20 hrs/week; Start ASAP
You won’t write production code.
Evaluate whether AI coding agents think like a great engineer.
Focus on Codex/Claude Code interactions and engineering judgment.
Take-home evaluation and behavioral interview.

🎯 Requirements

Staff / Principal-level engineer (or equivalent).
Strong background in TypeScript/JavaScript.
Strong background in Python.
Hands-on with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Cursor.
Deep familiarity with AI-assisted dev workflows.
Able to evaluate code without full execution; provide direct feedback.
