🎯 Requirements
- Proven experience building and owning user-facing software in complex real-world domains.
- Staff/Senior Staff engineer or hands-on Tech Lead with possible people management experience.
- Strong product judgment; proven ability to make hard tradeoffs and deliver outcomes under constraints.
- Experience building reliable systems with messy inputs from users or non-deterministic sources.
- Ability to own UX/roadmap decisions and mentor juniors; build robust user-centric software.
