Set sequencing and roadmap for capabilities (memory, data, prefs).
Write production-grade code; shape architecture for agentic workflows.
Ensure reliability and UX in a non-deterministic system; work with infra/security.
Establish norms for building agentic products.

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience building and owning user-facing software in complex domains.
Staff/Senior Staff engineer or hands-on Tech Lead; people mgmt a plus.
Strong product judgment: deliver outcomes under constraints.
Experience building reliable systems with messy inputs.
Own UX and roadmap decisions; mentor junior engineers.
