📋 Description

  • Co-sell Tines services; define onboarding catalog and standard/custom offerings.
  • Recommend standard or custom services based on prospect needs and complexity.
  • Describe technical solution proposals with the account team and customer.
  • Outline commercial terms: price, duration, payment, and delivery.
  • Coordinate quoting and closing with the Account Executive.
  • Communicate availability of new services and outcomes with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in pre-sales/consulting/customer success/project management in professional services.
  • Knowledge of professional services selling processes and onboarding methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and other PM frameworks.
  • Curious; unafraid to ask questions, dig in, and be resourceful.
