🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in client-facing implementation, management consulting, or strategic customer success with enterprise accounts.
• 2+ years leading large-scale enterprise deployments with change management and data governance.
• Use Case Expertise: translate complex problems into actionable tracking plans (Retention, Engagement, Monetization).
• AI & Analytics Fluency: solid understanding of AI/ML value; experience with BI, product analytics, or experimentation tools.
• Democratization mindset: make data simple and enable non-technical teams to become data-sufficient.
• Exceptional communication: influence from a data engineer to a C-level executive.
• Operational excellence: expert project management in independent, fast-paced environments.
