  • Strong knowledge of Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of audience segmentation, personalization logic, A/B testing, and analytics.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, overseeing multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills; comfortable with executive-level discussions.
