- Strong knowledge of Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of audience segmentation, personalization logic, A/B testing, and analytics.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, overseeing multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills; comfortable with executive-level discussions.
