Maintain detail across workstreams; contracts, budgets, notes, and reports.
Design schedules, scopes, and proposals for client engagements.
Manage projects end to end; act as the client interface and clarify requirements.
Optimize systems and processes to support teams from start to finish.
Communicate clearly with clients, project teams and leadership.
Anticipate challenges and plan multiple steps ahead.

🎯 Requirements

4-6 years managing large scale digital/product/innovation projects.
Proficient oral and written communication.
Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
Experience with collaboration tools (Slack, Google Suite, Figma).
Willing to work from the office at least 2x per week.
Willing to travel at least 25%.
