- Design and own the enablement team's quarterly/annual planning with objectives and metrics
- Build and run the operating rhythm with cadences for priorities and progress
- Create the measurement and analytics strategy linking enablement to business outcomes

- Own enablement systems and processes: LMS, CMS, workflows, reporting
- Partner with Revenue Operations, GTM Analytics, and cross-functional teams to ensure data flows
π― Requirements
- 8+ years in enablement operations, revenue/sales operations, or strategic program management in SaaS
- Proven track record designing and executing quarterly planning and operating rhythms
- Deep expertise in measurement/analytics; define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Experience as chief of staff or strategic partner to senior leaders
- Strong systems thinking; implementing/optimizing enablement platforms (LMS, CMS, analytics tools)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management; influence at senior levels
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
