Drive planning, execution, and delivery of learning projects.
Lead AI-focused transformation initiatives in learning from pilot to adoption.
Partner with Learning & Enablement, GTM, Product, IT, and Data/AI to scale programs.
Manage staff augmentation contractors: onboarding, extensions, and payments.
Oversee vendor relationships, daily ops, performance, and budget alignment.
Reports to the Sr. Director, Enablement PMO.

🎯 Requirements

5–7+ years of PM/Program mgmt in tech, learning, or ops.
Hands-on AI/ML or automation initiatives in a business context.
Proven vendor and staff augmentation management experience.
Strong problem solving and communications; able to influence.
PMI/PMP certification preferred; edtech a plus.
