- Own onboarding and ongoing enablement for Acquisition and Account Management teams (internal and vendors)
- Localize global enablement content and pitches to regional market needs
- Design and deliver role-based training, including certifications and playbooks
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, Product, Policy, and regional leaders to align enablement
- Drive adoption of enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, Gong) and translate insights into coaching
- Track and report on enablement impact (ramp time, performance, certification, revenue impact)
π― Requirements
- Experience creating agile AI-powered sales enablement content (narrative, pitches, playbooks)
- Strong analytical skills; experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL preferred
- Knowledge of AMER markets and adapting programs for local relevance
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with presentations to all levels
- Strong cross-functional influence and stakeholder management
- Data-driven mindset with enablement tools and analytics
- Project management for complex operational projects with timelines and dependencies
