  • Own onboarding and ongoing enablement for Acquisition and Account Management teams (internal and vendors)
  • Localize global enablement content and pitches to regional market needs
  • Design and deliver role-based training, including certifications and playbooks
  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, Product, Policy, and regional leaders to align enablement
  • Drive adoption of enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, Gong) and translate insights into coaching
  • Track and report on enablement impact (ramp time, performance, certification, revenue impact)

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience creating agile AI-powered sales enablement content (narrative, pitches, playbooks)
  • Strong analytical skills; experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL preferred
  • Knowledge of AMER markets and adapting programs for local relevance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with presentations to all levels
  • Strong cross-functional influence and stakeholder management
  • Data-driven mindset with enablement tools and analytics
  • Project management for complex operational projects with timelines and dependencies
