🎯 Requirements

- Track record of standing up or evolving an LMS/LXP with adoption.
- Ability to independently lead cross-functional programs with autonomy.
- Built async learning programs such as onboarding, leadership, or AI upskilling.
- Curate content into structured learning journeys with clear goals.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
