π― Requirements
- 5β11 yearsβ PQE focused on UK employment law; in-house and law firm experience preferred.
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales; other EMEA qualifications are a plus.
- Deep UK employment law expertise with exposure to EMEA.
- Proven ability to lead or advise on sensitive employee relations matters and investigations.
- Clear, concise communicator; comfortable across time zones.
- Independent, able to navigate ambiguity in a high-growth global business.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and a collaborative approach.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
