📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day employment law advice for the People Team in EMEA, with France focus.
• Stay current on regional employment-law developments and drive compliance.
• Develop and roll out templates, policies, and procedures.
• Create customized trainings on employment matters.
• Draft and advise on employment and separation agreements.
• Support M&A activity and international expansion in the region.

🎯 Requirements

• Paris-qualified lawyer with 6+ years in French employment law.
• In-house experience at a multinational preferred.
• Excellent communicator partnering with Legal, HR and stakeholders.
• Practical, business-focused advice on complex employment issues.
• Passionate about employment law and current developments.
• Organized, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
