📋 Description

• Advise on employee lifecycle: hiring, performance, investigations, exits.
• Manage disputes and agency inquiries; investigations; outside counsel.
• Advise on AI use in recruitment, performance, and employment.
• Support workforce strategy: worker classification, remote, cross-border.
• Track legal changes and provide practical updates and guidance.
• Collaborate with Privacy & Security on employee data.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. and active U.S. bar membership.
• 8+ years in employment law; law firm and in-house.
• Comfort handling broad matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent judgment and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience advising on AI in the context of employment.
