Senior Employment and Litigation Counsel

📋 Description

• Lead employment litigation and pre-litigation matters.
• Lead employment legal strategy across multi-state operations.
• Provide strategic counsel on workforce matters, risk, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage investigations and oversee litigation strategy with outside counsel.
• Draft employment policies and arbitration agreements; prepare for new states.
• Collaborate with leaders to foster a compliant, equitable workplace.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited institution; state bar admission in good standing.
• Minimum five years as a practicing attorney.
• Significant knowledge of relevant employment laws.
• Proven ability to lead complex litigation and negotiations with minimal oversight.
• Experience leading in a data-driven organization using reports to prioritize work.
• Willingness to work varied hours including evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
