• Ensure conference appearances extend beyond events with recaps and follow-ups.
• Identify internal builders and amplify their voices for AI/ML audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven history of building content for builders—technical, credible, concise.
• Experience creating engaged, high-signal audiences.
• Fluency in the AI/ML space and the ability to discuss hard problems.
• A natural community builder who forms real relationships and trust.
• Experience owning an employer brand or technical content at a growth-stage company.
• Comfort working without a playbook; set direction for a new role.
