📋 Description

• Lead confidential ER investigations and high-risk cases.
• Gather evidence, conduct interviews, document findings.
• Advise on performance management and coaching improvements.
• Support high-risk terminations with policy alignment.
• Collaborate on leaves and accommodations in ER matters.
• Develop and deliver ER training for leaders and advisors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Five+ years of ER experience.
• Expertise in ER design and execution.
• Ability to lead change initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication; Word and PowerPoint.
