📋 Description

• Implement the ER framework across client groups, driving improvements in ER practices.
• Lead cross-functional investigations across functions and regions.

• Drive ER strategy, analytics, and dashboards to measure outcomes.
• Train leaders and teams on ER policies and practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in Employee Relations or HR with global investigations.
• Superior written and verbal communication; strong analytical skills.
• Ability to coach leaders and influence senior stakeholders.
• Expert knowledge of ER, labor relations, training, conflict resolution.
• Experience leading complex investigations at executive level; international matters.
• JD preferred; some travel; comfortable with AI tools.
