🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years managing end-to-end talent lifecycle measurement, surveys, and action planning.
  • Experience in people/talent analytics with advanced analytical skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to synthesize and communicate insights to all levels.
  • Experience working with leadership to define and implement solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to create insights leveraged by multiple teams asynchronously.
