🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software dev in C/C++, Go, Python
- Embedded development experience

- 2+ years mentoring junior engineers or leading small teams
- CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, runtime analysis, OO design
- Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP) a plus
