🎯 Requirements

2+ years of hands-on email ops in an enterprise ESP (Iterable preferred)
Proficient in Iterable or similar platforms (Braze, SFMC)
SQL knowledge; Snowflake or similar data warehouses
Experience with segmentation, suppression, and consent management
Strong QA, documentation, and end-to-end ownership
Deliverability focus with cross-functional collaboration
