Senior Email Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a team of lifecycle marketing experts to build email, SMS, and loyalty programs that drive retention, increase LTV, and grow fast-scaling ecommerce brands.
• Report to the Director of Retention and collaborate with Performance, Creative, and Strategy teams to deliver cohesive cross-channel campaigns rooted in data.
• Fully remote role supporting the EST time zone; open to candidates based in Portugal, Mexico, Brazil, and Spain.
• Own strategy and hands-on execution with bias for measurable impact; influence clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and optimize email and SMS programs for a portfolio of brands, including loyalty and subscription initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of work experience in digital marketing.
• Experience scaling personalized D2C and ecommerce email and SMS programs to build deep customer relationships.
• Ability to creatively message value propositions across a brand catalog to craft engaging email and SMS campaigns.
• Passion for developing customer journeys and loyalty programs to drive loyalty and lifetime value.
• Experience with Klaviyo including segmentation, lifecycle automations, and triggers; knowledge of Shopify and tools like Privy JustUno Yotpo Octane AI.
• Experience with SMS and loyalty platforms such as Attentive PostScript SMSBump or Klaviyo and leading teams in fast paced environments.
