  • Build full-funnel email and lifecycle programs across nurture, ABM, and customer marketing.
  • Own email/CRM roadmap; define segmentation, journey architecture, and cadence.
  • Develop briefs, timelines, and plans for on-time nurture and lifecycle launches.
  • Collaborate with demand gen and sales to map personas to sequences for priority accounts.
  • Collaborate with creative and product marketing to craft messaging for enterprise audiences.
  • Own deliverability and data governance; protect sender reputation.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in email, CRM, lifecycle, or growth marketing.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure multi-touch lifecycle programs that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong project management and ownership skills; manage complex, multi-stage programs from kickoff to results.
  • Hands-on with Braze, HubSpot/Marketo, and Salesforce for journeys and scoring.
  • Strong copywriting instincts for subject lines and body copy.
  • Working knowledge of deliverability fundamentals (DMARC, BIMI, list hygiene, consent).
