Senior Electronics Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop test plans and verification protocols for BMS PCBA.
• Execute functional, reliability, and environmental tests on BMS PCBA hardware and systems.
• Define and document test configurations, instrumentation, and setup needs.
• Analyze test data and generate detailed reports with findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with design engineers to troubleshoot hardware issues found during testing.
• Contribute to test automation to improve repeatability and throughput.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in PCBA hardware testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years in firmware verification, using Pytest or similar.
• Software development familiarity, debugging tools, Linux environments, and TDD.
• Hands-on with test instrumentation (oscilloscopes, power supplies, DAQ, environmental chambers).
• Ability to manage test plans, verify activities, and communicate findings effectively.
