Architect, miniaturise, and ruggedise bench-top prototypes for field use.
Manage delivery of complex hardware prototypes; ensure quality, performance, and reliability.
Domain expert in analogue and mixed-signal design.
Lead and mentor hardware engineers and technicians as a senior team member.
Other duties within skills/experience or with training.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelors, Masters or PhD in Physics, Engineering or equivalent.
Proven track record in analogue and mixed-signal design.
Optoelectronic experience is highly desirable, though not essential.
R&D experience working with scientists and engineers.
Strong desire to work with a world-leading team and build the future of quantum tech.
