🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years direct experience operating or monitoring data center electrical power systems.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, power systems, or related field.
- Deep understanding of data center electrical power systems, including power quality and redundancy.
- Proven ability to identify recurring electrical or operational patterns for scalable improvements.
- Strong communication of complex electrical behavior to technical and non-domain stakeholders.
- Hands-on SCADA/BMS/energy monitoring experience and rules-based detection logic.
