🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, physics, materials science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a reliability, component, or electrical engineer
- 4+ years in physics of failure, semiconductor physics, design for reliability, functional safety, or accelerated testing
- Experience in electrical design, including components, circuits, PCBs, or electronic assemblies
- Experience in reliability statistics and data analysis
- Strong analytical skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
