Senior Electrical Hardware Engineer

📋 Description

• Contribute to design/development of spacecraft avionics systems
• Schematic capture and PCB layout
• Bring-up, testing, and validation of hardware
• Collaborate with software for hardware/software integration
• Build and test early hardware prototypes
• Work cross-functionally with mechanical, software, systems, and production teams

🎯 Requirements

• Prefer, but don’t require B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-8 years of hardware engineering, preferably with exposure to electronic systems.
• Familiarity with electronic components, circuits, and test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies).
• Expert level knowledge in schematic capture and PCB layout software (Altium, Cadence/Orcad).
• Understanding of microcontrollers and common interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet).
• Experience with embedded systems and Linux development environment.
